• 5:00pm – Big Slick Celebrity Softball Game (sit in any seat)
• 7:10pm – Royals vs. Detroit Tigers (move to one of the bars in the stadium, your seat, or KC pub crawl)

*Mandi & Dave schedule – on the clock until 7th inning stretch – if you’ve lasted until then we can meet you at the nearest bar

Late night – lobby bar or choose your own KC adventure

Saturday – May 31st

• 7:00am – 5k/10k/half marathon start (by assigned corral – just outside of Westin on Grand Street)
• 7:00am – 12:00pm – Finish Line Festival!
• Celebrate your finish (or spectatorship) at the finish line festival
• Perhaps breakfast at the Westin, some lounging by the pool and frozen drinks?

*Mandi & Dave schedule – we have to take guests to Children’s Mercy around 9:30am so quick turn for us after we finish the 5K, but if  someone has a tray of mimosas handy, so be it.

PromoMofos Lunch w/ Mandi & Dave

• 12:00pm – Johnny’s Tavern at Power & Light District

*This is the only free time we have away from our official duties all weekend and plan to spend it with each of you!

Following lunch – choose your own adventure…pub crawl, sightseeing, pool lounging or napping until the Party & Show

• 5:30pm – VIP Party Doors Open
• 7:00pm – General Doors Open
• 8:00pm – Big Slick Show
• Late night – migrate to Power & Light District, pub crawl, lobby party

*Mandi & Dave schedule – thank you dinner with our hosts/guests at midnight – if we don’t see you in the lobby before we’ll find you in the lobby in the am

Sunday – June 1st

8:30ish am (depending on when the after party ended) onward – Mandi & Dave hosting bloody mary’s in the lobby as we say goodbye to our celeb guests and friends who have early am flights

Join Mandi & Dave’s recovery party by the pool and dinner for the rest of Sunday afternoon / evening (after we’ve finished loading out of hospitality suite, room sweeps…)
